The Green Halo

I've just finished readin the Green Halo from Erazim Kohak. Actually it's a necessity for me in order to go to the next session of Skola ekologickeho mysleni, where he will be.
Well, about the book. It first describes different human attitudes to nature and then different possible stances as to "what to do?". What I like is that the author wants to educate rather than indoctrinate, and he often stresses it throughout the book. He presents different options, even if he doesn't agree with them. Only at the end of the book, he tells us his opinions. However he isn't fully able to forget his convictions and some assertion go as granted, without trying to justify them.
It was interesting for me (particularly it told me a lot about current schools of enviromental thought), but I wouldn't say it's as good as reviews say (at least the reviews I've encountered).
