Do you also sometimes have the feeling that the word you've just used simply can't exist? That you haven't heard it before? That it sounds just weirdly?
To me, it happens sometimes, the word usually being not too rare, but as well not too widely used. Then I have feeling I mistook the word I wanted to use for some nonsensical grouping of sounds; it goes on buzzing in my head quite a some time.
