On Friday Ann, Kriza and me made a cake. We arranged that me and Krisa would meet at Hlavni nadrazi at 13.45 and Ann would get on the train in Hostivar. We wanted to go to Cercany and then on foot.
Laupi lives at her grand-aunt's home in Nespeky, which is quite a long way from Prague (poor Laupi when she has to commute to school).
We met at Hlavni nadrazi, even Lan came (she somehow convinced her mother to let her go). But after a quarter hour, when Ann should've get on, Kriza and Ann had a short SMS exchange and we found out we went in a wrong train. Ann wished us good luck in arriving at least the same day. By inquiring other passengers and a ticket collector, we found out we'd arrive to Cercany, but it'd take us two hours instead of one. During the voyage, we could see flooded fields and gardens (snow had been melting for past few days and it was raining a lot, so a big part of the Czech Republic is flooded.
We decided to get off already in Porici, which was a good move, as Ann got off in Cercany and she had a three km longer way. Even from Porici, it was quite a long way, even worse with the cake.
When we arrived to Nespeky, Kriza sent Laupi a SMS and Laupi sent Meldath to go for us. He tried to joke in sense "do you prefer the shorter or longer path?", but after the journey from Porici, our reaction was cold.
Ann had already been there, though she arrived just 20 minutes before us. We were appreciating Laupi's rooms (one bedroom and one dining room, though both were rather universal) and looking at the class photos from the past years (and letting Lan guess who is who), while Meldath went for the rest of people (except for Lukas). So there were Laupi, Meldath, Ann, Kriza, Lan, me, Bzochi, Hanka, Vosta and Maf.
We sat around a table and were chatting, joking and all in all having a good time. Lan even sang a Vietnamese song. Of course we didn't understood the words, but the overall feeling was wonderful. Thanks Lan! Then we ate the cake. It endured the journey quite well and it was eaten very quickly ;-)
Then Lukas came. He seemed as confused as ever. We continued chatting.
Then we gave Laupi our present. She received a foot scooter. She seemed quite delighted.
Then unfortunately most people were tired so we went to sleep. It was approximately 23.00. The most was sleeping in the bedroom, but Laupi and Meldath and Ann and me were in the dining room. Laupi'd been already sleeping, but Ann and me didn't feel like falling asleep yet. When I asked Meldath in the morning if he'd been sleeping well, he said: "yes, but before I fell asleep, it was quite interesting" ;-)
In the morning most people left at 7.30 and me and Ann left an hour later.
We were told the Pysely train station was quite near, so we decided to go there. We thought three quarters of an hour would be enough. Of course it wasn't. We would miss the train, if some people hadn't saw us running and hadn't took us to the station by car.
Ann left in Hostivar and I get off at Hlavni nadrazi.
Overall, it was an extremely funny party, but it was terribly short (cca from 18.00 to 23.00).
