Today's lesson of Pedagogy. Some say this subject is worthless, but some say it about everything. I like it, it's undemanding in the morning and also I've got to know quite a few things.
It's common we go off-topic. Ms. Necasova mentioned a supposed method to "increase" one's happiness. She told she'd tried it herself and while it hadn't had an incredible effect, it still had done something. It's that every evening you reflect about the day and try to write down a few things that made you happy (or, if you want to "practice" self-confidence, write down the stuff you achieved). Sounds interesting, I'll try it. I realize there's a difference between happy life and content life, but for now I feel I strive for the happy one ;-) Though others would probably say I'm happy enough I often feel sad, sometimes without "justification". This is just a try, after all, nothing to lose.
Also we talked about the positive impact of smiling. I've been contemplating about it (and about the general attitude towards life) in the recent past quite a lot and it was reassuring to hear something similar from some other people. Or maybe I'm just another fool ;-)
