Tornado - not yet seen

There is a "Tornado watch" for my area today - and reportedly, the tornado has already been ravaging areas to the southwest from Atlanta... I wonder if I ever see a tornado "live" while I'm here - definitely not an experience that I would encounter in Europe (though I realize that I should not sound that enthusiastic about it :-)
