Lan's names

Lan has two first names: Lan and Quynh.
I was asking her what does it mean.
Lan means an orchid.
However she didn't know how to say Quynh in Czech or how to describe it. Now I think I found it. It's a kind of a cactus.
It blooms beautifully.
