Another maturita troubles

Now, it's not my problem (contrary to necessary changes in maturita topics), but of just slightly younger students.
There's an article on Aktualne about the "new maturitas" (in Czech).
It's a step to more centralization and there are a lot of other cons. Fine (not really, actually), it's something one could expect.
But furthermore, no one is sure when it's going to be first enacted. The former idea was to do it the school year 2007/2008 (i.e. the next one), but there are ideas to put it off, one year, two years, to scrap it altogether, to include mandatory Math (besides mandatory Literature and a foreign language) and on and on.
So the people, who should do the exam the next year, they know nothing. Funny indeed, just they aren't that happy about it.
