I suggest we all read a few lines of advice from US department of agriculture on food safety:
Q. I will be attending a tailgate party at the stadium and enjoying hamburgers. How can I be sure the burgers are fully cooked?(OK, I admit that contracting diarrhea may be a bit unpleasant, but still...)
